These terms govern your use of ResumeRadar. They cover your license, payments and refunds, the honest limits of what the tool can do, and the law that applies. By using the site or our products, you agree to them.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Akhmis Yassir, an individual sole operator based in France ("we", "us"), governing your use of ResumeRadar (https://resumeradar.cc).
By using the site or our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
2. Free tier and paid products
We offer free resources and paid products.
- Free resources may require you to submit your email (see our Privacy Policy).
- Paid products are sold through Gumroad.
3. Your license
When you buy a paid product, you get a personal / business-use license to use it.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise share the products themselves.
Your purchase is tied to a license key that you activate to unlock the paid features. Don't share your key — it's for you.
4. Payments and refunds
All purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, delivery, and billing.
Refunds are handled by Gumroad under a 14-day refund window. To request a refund, follow Gumroad's process. Gumroad's own terms also apply to your purchase.
5. Honest expectations — no guarantees
Our products are tools, not outcomes. We want to be straight with you:
ResumeRadar helps you analyze and improve your résumé against a job description. It does not guarantee that you will get interviews or land a job. Hiring decisions are out of our hands.
6. "As is" — warranty disclaimer
Our products and sites are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't promise the products will be error-free or fit every particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or sites. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including French law).
8. Your data
Your privacy matters to us. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Reminder: your résumé and job description are processed entirely in your browser and never sent to us.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on the site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the applicable French rules of jurisdiction.
